Bearcats National Terms & Conditions

Requests for refunds for individually purchased tournaments and Pick 4 or Pick 6 more than 90 days prior to the tournament date or first tournament chosen date for Pick 4/6, must be by email. Refund will be subject to a 20% handling fee and no refund will be issued on any fees, and/or taxes. Requests made between 31 to 90 days prior to the tournament date or first tournament date for Pick 4/6 must be by email. Refund will be subject to a 50% handling fee. 

There will be no refund for requests 30 days or less prior to the tournament or first tournament date for a Pick 4/6.  

Players who are injured and cannot participate in a tournament may transfer their registration to another tournament when request or notification is made at least 15 days prior to the tournament date. Any request for a refund will follow our general refund policy. 

If a player is unable to return to play for the remainer of the calendar year, the tournament credit will roll over to the next year. However, player will be responsible for any increase in the cost to participate in a tournament. 

Pinnies purchased and not used may be returned for a full refund excluding any fees or taxes. Once a pinnie has been worn at/in a tournament it may no longer be returned. 

If for any reason a tournament is cancelled by the tournament company, players that purchased an individual tournament player fee may either request a full refund, minus fee's and taxes or apply it to a different tournament.  

If participation in a tournament is cancelled by Bearcats National, players that purchased an individual tournament player fee may either request a full refund, including fee's and taxes or apply it to a different tournament.

If a tournament is cancelled for any reason and a participating Pick 4 or Pick 6 player had already registered the player may transfer the registration to any other tournament in the calendar year. 

All players agree to abide by the NFHSA and USA Lacrosse Codes of Conduct. Additionally, players will maintain a clean, ethical and moral presence on all social media. Any inappropriate actions, words or social media posts while participating at a tournament as a Bearcats National player may be cause for the players removal from the team. Players asked to depart a tournament for Code of Conduct issues will not be issued a refund, partial refund, credit or reimbursement for any expenses incurred. Players caught playing without a valid and current USA Lacrosse will be removed from the roster and no longer allowed to play until they renew the USA LAcrosse membership. Failure to renew the USA Lacrosse membership will result in the loss of all fee's and payments made. 

It is hereby understood that under no curcumstances shall Bearcats National, it's employees, contractors, coaches or other staff be responsible for any expenses or costs for a players participation in the Bearcats National Team. 

Players will cover all travel and lodging expenses incurred by them. 

Player will provide NFHS and USA Lacrosse approved and recommended lacrosse gear to participate as a Bearcats National Player. 

All players of Bearcats National Teams are required to have a valid and current USA Lacrosse membership and must able to verify their status.
